International Classical Guitar Competition GuitART Plovdiv 2025

The competition program includes two rounds:
First Round
- The repertoire should be performed by heart!
- The link to the audio-video recording on www.youtube.com should be sent till 05.10.2025 to the email address: [email protected]g
- Pronunciation of the name and surname of the participant
- Presentation of the composer and the works
Please ensure your video is between 8–10 minutes long, in MP4 format, with a minimum resolution of 1280×720 pixels and a 16:9 aspect ratio. The camera should be positioned horizontally, and the video should have good lighting.
- Hands and face should be clearly visible throughout the recording
- The whole competition program must be performed as in a normal competition (all pieces are shot in one video file, in one frame, without any additional video or audio editing)
Second Round
26.10.2025 live in Plovdiv
The repertoire should be 17–20 minutes long and performed with wholehearted enthusiasm!
- The Final will be held in Plovdiv on October 26 at 10.00
The assessment
The artistic and technical difficulty of the repertoire, compliance of the musical text, originality of the interpretation, culture, variety of the sound, and artistry.
The jury’s decisions are final. It also reserves the right not to give all the announced prizes.
Prize fund
First prize:
- 1500 € Cash Prize
- Concert in the International Guitar Festival „GuitArt”, Plovdiv 2026
- Concert in the International Guitar Festival„Tremolo”, Skopje 2026
- Subject awards.
Second prize:
- 500 euro and subjects awards
Third prize:
- 300 euro and subjects awards
All participants in the Second round receive the Diploma “Finalist”.
